Join us for restorative yoga!
Leave the kids at home, and come get your relaxation on.
This 75-minute class will begin with gentle yoga, which includes lots of stretching, followed by restorative yoga, which includes some meditation work and reiki, and then the class will finish with a relaxing sound bath.
If you have only ever tried Vinyasa or Flow Yoga, this is a totally different experience and an absolute must-try!
Following the class, we will have an opportunity to chat with other class attendees. We’ll have some lightly facilitated prompts to get the conversations flowing.
Bring a friend or come solo! Our events are a mix of individuals and friend groups. Don’t be afraid to come alone, there will be lots to chat about!
This event is $20 per person and includes light refreshments following the class.
