We had a relaxing and restorative morning at Muscular Connections!
During this yoga class, we stretched, we roared, and we enjoyed the beautiful sounds of both silence and crystal bowls. This 75-minute Gentle Yoga class with a restorative finisher was led by Ashley Daige. With over a decade of experience in holistic modalities, Ashley has honed her expertise in stress and anxiety management through the disciplines of yoga, aromatherapy, and connection to nature.
At the end of class, we all felt so relaxed. Some of us even felt like we needed a nap!
