We could not be more excited to bring you another Mommy & Me Playdate at Let’s Bee Kids PlayCenter!
Join us for an event that has something for everyone including our special guest Professor Bugman℠!
For the Moms
If you’ve ever felt a little awkward about asking a mom for their number at the park, we got you! This event will be lightly facilitated by our CMM team members, so everyone will feel at ease getting the conversation started with new friends as part of this event.
For the Kids
Kids are free to explore all that Let’s Bee Kids PlayCenter has to offer. There is a bounce house, puzzles, and a variety of other tabletop activities, as well as a sensory rice table. In the main play space, there is a play grocery store, lemonade stand, kitchen, and campfire to fuel every child’s imagination. There is also a Thomas the Tank Engine roller coaster, and a fleet of ride-on vehicles to putter around the play center.
For the littlest kiddos, there is an infant area with baby swings, bouncers, and an activity center, as well as a couch for moms to sit on.
An Extra Special Guest!
For something a little extra special, Professor Bugman℠ Entomology Adventures will also be there to provide an up-close encounter with a variety of insects in a safe and engaging environment. Kids will have the chance to learn about and see all kinds of bugs!
Snack Time
There will be kid-friendly snacks and drinks, as well as some light bites and drinks for the mamas. Let’s Bee Kids PlayCenter is a nut-free facility.
This Mommy & Me Playdate is geared toward children ages 0-5. Let’s Bee Kids is a SOCK-ONLY facility, so please make sure to bring a pair for all walkers and crawlers.
About Let’s Bee Kids!
Let’s Bee Kids PlayCenter is a trilingual, creative, and educational entertainment center for children ages 0-8 years old. We offer a variety of daily, scheduled activities such as story time, arts and crafts, sing-along, and language lessons. We also offer open play, with seating throughout where parents can sit while supervising their children.
Our play center can also be booked for private events, like birthday parties or other special events. We have a party room with picnic tables where children can have snacks, or parents can enjoy a coffee. We offer a huge range of themed decorations to make sure every party is a truly memorable day.
About Professor Bugman℠ Entomology Adventures!
Bryan Man, also known as Professor Bugman, is crazy about science and education! He began his career in research academia at the University of Massachusetts Amherst studying plant, soil, and insect science. After graduating, he proceeded to North Carolina State University to earn his Master of Entomology (that’s the study of insects!).
While he loved science and bugs, his heart pulled him to the classroom, and so he began to work as a teacher. During this time, he always sought to find the best ways to engage learners and keep them interested in science but always wanted
to do more than what most standard educational environments could allow.
That’s when he decided to break out and do it himself with Professor Bugman℠ Entomology Adventures! His goal is to bring the kind of hands-on, engaging, and memorable experiences that real career scientists and professionals cite as their inspiration for learning and choosing their careers.
