Still, prioritizing movement matters at every stage of motherhood, not just for physical health, but for mental well-being too.

As moms, we’re used to putting everyone else first. Over time, that can mean neglecting our own health. For me, fitness is self-care. Regular exercise boosts energy, improves mood, and supports long-term health—and let’s be honest, we all need more energy. I want to be strong and present not just for my kids now, but for years to come.
