Crust Bakeshop (and its sister company, BirchTree Bread Company) is a highly recommended option in the city for delicious, fresh, whole pies and other baked goods, including both sweet and savory items. They often have special holiday menus.

Darby’s Bakery (West Boylston)

Mentioned frequently in local discussions as having some of the absolute best pies in Central MA for the holidays.

This gorgeous farm-to-table restaurant in Stow has homemade baked goods, including pies, this season. Ask them about their gluten-free options!

Gerardo’s Italian Bakery (West Boylston)

They have a huge amount of delicious-looking pies for the holidays. They also have an abundance of other delicious pastries and cakes.

Nourse Farm (Westborough)

One of our contributors, Billie, highly recommended this farm for ALL of their pies. She says they are delicious!

Table Talk Pies (Worcester)

If you’re looking for an iconic, budget-friendly local option, Table Talk Pies is a Worcester staple. While known for their small snack pies, they also sell 8-inch dessert pies in classic flavors like apple, pumpkin, and sweet potato. You can usually find them at The Pie Store or in many local grocery stores.

Tougas Family Farm (Northborough)

A favorite for the holidays. They start taking pre-orders well in advance for pies, fruit crisps, and other goodies, using their own farm-grown fruit. They are a must-visit for traditional apple or berry pies.

Whittier Farms (Sutton)

A wonderful farm with an assortment of food and products, but their frozen pies look decadent, and there are too many to list here.
