The beloved Out to Lunch Festival & Farmers’ Market series has two weeks left! It offers a fantastic way to break up your week, and it’s a great way to make some fun memories with your kids before summer ends.

Now, this isn’t just a lunch break—it’s a celebration of all things local and vibrant! It happens right at the heart of the city. This festival is a can’t-miss event for families. Just imagine an afternoon filled with delicious food from local trucks, live performances, and a lively atmosphere—that’s perfect for little ones to run and play.

What You Need to Know Before You Go:

  • When: The festival runs every Wednesday through August 20th with rain dates scheduled for August 27 and September 3, just in case!
  • Time: Each event is from 11 am to 3 pm, making it a great option for a post-morning nap activity or a special afternoon outing.
  • Where: At the Worcester Common Oval, right in the heart of the city!
  • Parking: Downtown Worcester provides various parking options. Including on-street parking, parking garages, and parking lots. All things, getting there and parking, can be found here.
  • What to Expect: A dynamic farmers’ market, a delicious array of food trucks, and live entertainment to keep the whole family happy. Entertainment for the next two weeks is Ryan Montbleau Band (August 13th) and Cool Cool Cool (August 20th).

The Out to Lunch series is a true community effort. Presented by the Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District, the City of Worcester, and generous sponsors. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend time outdoors, support local businesses, and explore the best of Worcester.
