The Supported Mom Initiative of Central MA

In-person support groups for expecting, new, and early years mamas in Central MA searching for connection, community, and confidence. We connect you with other moms going through the same exact phase of motherhood you are in empowering you to survive and thrive! At our Grafton meetings (with more locations to come), you will find a safe space to feel heard and seen, and validated as a new mom. We don’t just hang out and laugh (although we do that too). We tackle topics like communication, self-compassion, and sleep using a curriculum developed by the co-founders of NAPS. Finally, a mom support group that acts like the mythical village everyone told you about!
