I love fall food. The pumpkin spice lattes and pumpkin cream cold foam, the apples (and apple cider donuts!!), pumpkin muffins/waffles/chili—give me all the fall things!

But did you know there is another MAJORLY DELICIOUS fall food that has been flying under the radar?

Enter—The Pilgrim Sandwich! Also known as the Thanksgiving sandwich or the Gobbler. There are variations depending on where you get it, but it’s basically the traditional Thanksgiving meal – in a sandwich. Roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing are three key ingredients.
