Method
- Melt butter in a small frying pan or skillet on medium heat.
- Crack eggs in a mixing bowl and add milk and salt.
- Whisk all together until fully combined. Add eggs to the hot skillet or pan and reduce the heat to low.
- Use a spatula to push the food gently from one end of the skillet or pan to another while cooking slowly.
- When the eggs are mostly cooked, add meat, veggies, and/or cheese if using.
Notes
I love to add cheddar cheese and chives to my eggs. Also, if whole milk isn’t your jam, try heavy cream or an alternative milk of your choice. My son's favorite tool in the kitchen is the whisk, so let the littles have at it.
