Method
- Preheat griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Grease the surface with butter.
- Mash your bananas with a fork in a mixing bowl.
- Add eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla to mashed bananas and combine.
- Dip the slices one at a time in batter, dredging them on both sides, and place on a hot, greased griddle or pan.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
Banana French Toast can be served with powdered sugar, syrup, or a caramel drizzle. My son’s favorite is almond butter.
