Our Mom’s Night Out events are always a huge hit! So save the date, grab a ticket, and discover what you’ve been missing!
Bring a friend or come solo! There is always a mix of individuals and friend groups at our events. Don’t be afraid to come alone!
We are so excited to partner with The Barre Effect in Grafton for a barre class exclusive to our Central Mass Mom community! Class size is limited to ensure that each participant gets the full experience of a class.
Things to know for class:
– Feet MUST be covered for all classes for hygiene purposes. Grip socks are recommended and available for purchase in the studio.
– Please dress comfortably and appropriately for a group fitness setting (like yoga pants & a supportive top; shorts are not ideal for this class)
After class, we will enjoy some lite bites & refreshments and chat about motherhood. This is a great opportunity to get to know other local moms and try out just one of the amazing classes offered at The Barre Effect!
Tickets are $25 per person, including a 45-minute barre class, lite bites, and refreshments after class. Socks are sold separately at the studio.

We offer a variety of classes from Barre, Pilates, & Yoga to fusion-style fitness classes in our intimate boutique studio in Grafton, MA. Some of our newest additions include Boss Chick Dance Workout©, BUTI Yoga©, and Mama Strong – a gentle workout for new moms and babies.
Low-impact and mat-based workouts are our specialty, so you can leave your gym shoes at home!
