5 Baby-Friendly Breweries in Central Mass

0

I have only been a mom for eight months but in those eight months, I have quickly learned how to adapt and accept that things are different now that I am in the thick of motherhood! However, I do realize that my husband and I can still do some of the things that we loved to do before … just in different ways. In the warmer months, visiting breweries in Central Mass (and wineries too) is at the top of our list of favorite activities to do together. Here is a list of our favorite baby-friendly breweries in Central Mass and some of the highlights we enjoy, now more than ever, as a party of 3.

Stone Cow Brewery (Barre)

Lots of parking, lots of kids, and plenty of seating. You can even bring a big blanket and chairs and sit in their grassy area. They have indoor and outdoor seating, a really cool playground, some farm animals, and food! They have beer, cider, and ice cream. Many nights they have live music as well!

Tree House Brewing Company (Charlton)

Okay, this place gets packed so with a baby, we tend to arrive when places first open and I would highly suggest that for visiting Tree House. They have a lot of seating, but they are extremely popular (and for a good reason!). They have indoor and outdoor seating, and some outdoor seating is covered but some are not. This brewery is extremely stroller friendly. You look around and you are in a sea of strollers! They typically have 1-3 food trucks parked and ready to serve you. They have beer, coffee, and canned cocktails as well as plenty of parking.

Redemption Rock Brewing Co. (Worcester)

A fun space located in the city. A small outdoor space and a fun and spacious indoor space with games, picnic tables, and some couches. They serve yummy coffees and lattes along with their delicious beer. Parking can be a bit tricky (street parking) but I have never had a problem finding a spot. They even have some story times each month and I have seen a few “baby meetups” happening here as well. Check their Instagram for local market popups with awesome crafts, candles, food, and other items.

Oakholm Brewing Company (Brookfield)

This brewery has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Delicious beers and beer flights, live music, a food truck (the food trucks rotate, so make sure to check their Instagram for the schedule), and a few animals to check out as well! Very cute farm vibes and parking is not an issue.

The Brewery at Four Star Farms (Northfield)

This brewery is not in Central Mass, but it is well worth the trip. They have a large grassy area with picnic tables and space for your own blankets and strollers. Their indoor seating is small and cozy. They have a delicious food truck, Port No. 3, which typically serves burgers, fries, and other similar items (perhaps the best smash burger I have ever had). They have super clean bathrooms with plenty of space and accommodations to change a diaper!

There are so many breweries in our area, and these are just five of the breweries in Central Mass! Most breweries are baby/child-friendly, but I have found these ones to be extra friendly! I would also recommend checking out their social media accounts before visiting to see their hours of operation and what they might be offering that day! I will leave you with this – get out of the house and enjoy yourselves! You deserve it! Cheers!
