Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These are a staple in my house. As a mom of an eight-month-old, there are many days when my meals are quick and on the go. These protein balls are easy to make. When I was in the throws of early postpartum they were great to add brewers yeast for some lactation support!
Prep Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 1/2 Cups Quick Oats
  • 4 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Ground Flax
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Brewers Yeast Optional if you want the lactation support!
  • 2 Cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Take all dry ingredients and mix together.
  • In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients together. Mix until smooth!
  • Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Add more honey, maple syrup, or peanut butter if needed.
  • Form into small balls.
  • Store in your fridge for up to a month and up to three months in your freezer.
