Peanut Butter Protein Balls
These are a staple in my house. As a mom of an eight-month-old, there are many days when my meals are quick and on the go. These protein balls are easy to make. When I was in the throws of early postpartum they were great to add brewers yeast for some lactation support!
Prep Time 20 minutes mins
- 4 1/2 Cups Quick Oats
- 4 Scoops Protein Powder
- 1/2 Cup Ground Flax
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 Cup Brewers Yeast Optional if you want the lactation support!
- 2 Cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
Take all dry ingredients and mix together.
In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients together. Mix until smooth!
Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Add more honey, maple syrup, or peanut butter if needed.
Form into small balls.
Store in your fridge for up to a month and up to three months in your freezer.
