Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Easy quick and a great meal prep. These oats are perfect for a protein-packed breakfast. You can easily make them dairy-free.

- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips Optional
In a bowl or jar add oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, and chocolate chips. Top with milk. Make sure that the milk is above the oats.
Place in the refrigerator overnight. This will keep well for up to three days. Enjoy!
