Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Easy quick and a great meal prep. These oats are perfect for a protein-packed breakfast. You can easily make them dairy-free.
Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jar add oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, and chocolate chips. Top with milk. Make sure that the milk is above the oats.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight. This will keep well for up to three days. Enjoy!
