Peanut Butter Energy Bites

A sweet treat that is packed with protein and energy for you little ones.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Flaxseed
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Spoon
  • Measuring Cups

Method
 

  1. Pour all ingredients into a bowl and stir together.
  2. Once combined, cover the bowl and put the mixture into the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours.
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls - as small or large as you like.
  4. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container up to a week.
