Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

Method
 

  1. Pour old fashioned rolled oats into the bottom of the blender and pulse for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
