Family Yoga (Kids ages 3-8) at Mindful Kinections

Kids, ages 3-8, and their caregivers are invited to join us for family yoga at Mindful Kinections! Move, breathe, and connect with your little ones in this playful, ocean animal themed, family yoga class. This 45 minute class, hosted by 2 Mindful Girls, will combine mindful listening activities, breathing techniques, warm-up songs, themed yoga poses, mindful games with props, and end with a relaxing rest on the mat.

Cost: $30 for 1 adult + 1 child ($5/additional child)
